Resolution Number 72-8-28-6355 RESOLUTION NO. 72-8-28-6 (AMENDED) A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO DETERMINING THAT RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARKS ARE USES PERMITTED CONDITIONALLY IN THE C -2A (RESTRICTED GENERAL BUSINESS) DISTRICT. WHEREAS, Swan Constructors, Inc., has heretofore made application to the Planning Commission of the City of San Juan Capistrano for a determination that recreational vehicle parks are uses similar to those permitted by Section 4.18 of Ordinance No. 115; and WHEREAS, the aforesaid Planning Commission, has, by its Resolution (No. 72 -8 -15 -2 -PC), found that recreational vehicle parks are not compatible with or similar to the permitted or conditionally per- mitted uses set forth in said Ordinance; and WHEREAS, this City Council having heard testimony and reviewed the evidence and considered the facts, does find that the afore- said proposed use is similar to those permitted under Section 4.18 of Ordinance No. 115, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano, that it is the finding and determination of this City Council that recreational vehicle parks are uses which are similar in character to those uses set forth in the C -2A Restricted Business District and may be conditionally permitted therein. City Clerk PVC SEWER SHORT FORM SPECIFICATION SCOPE This specification designates general requirements for unplasticized chloride (PVC) plastic gravity sewer pipe with integral wall bell and spigot joints for the conveyance of domestic sewage. MATERIALS All material must meet ASTM D-3034-72 with the following exceptions: A. All pipe and fittings shall be extra strength and have rubber ring bell and spigot joints. The bell shall Consist of an integral wall section stiffened with two PVC retainer rings which securely lock the solid cross section rubber ring into position. B. The minimum wall thickness shall be Diameter 4" V e^ 10^ 12" Wall Thickness .125 .180 .240 .300 .360 and provide a minimum SDR ratio.of 35. PIPE All pipe shall be suitable for use as a gravity sewer conduit. Provisions must be made for contraction and expansion at each joint with a rubber ring. The bell shall consist of an integral wall section stiffened with two PVC retainer rings which securely lock the solid cross section rubber ring into position. Sizes and dimensions shall be as shown in table shown in this specification. Standard lengths shall be 20 ft. and 12.5ft + 1 inch. FITTINGS All fittings and accessories shall be as manufactured and furnished by the pipe supplier or approved equal and have bell and/or spigot configurations identical to that of the pipe. . . PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL REQUIREMENTS Pipe shall be designed to pass all tests at 730 F (+ 30F) PIPE STIFFNESS Minimum "pipe stiffness" (F/A y) at 5% deflection shall be 46 for all sizes when tested in accordance with ASTM Designation D2412, External Loading Properties of Plastic Pipe by Parallel -Plate Loading.
