Resolution Number 72-7-10-51 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 333 RESOLUTION NO. 72-7-10-5 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO COMMENDING PHILLIP SCHWARTZE. WHEREAS, PHILLIP SCHWARTZE has, from the very in- ception of the San Juan'Capistrano Parks and Recreation Commission, served as its Secretary and has provided all of the staff participation for said Commission; and WHEREAS, PHILLIP SCHWARTZE has, in addition, been an indispensable aide to the Director of Planning in all other aspects of planning, subdivision, and building functions of said department; and WHEREAS, PHILLIP SCHWARTZE has submitted his resignation to the City to accept an appointment with the Planning Department of the City of Anaheim, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this City Council does hereby express its appreciation and gratitude to PHILLIP SCHWARTZE for his diligent service to the City of San Juan Capistrano and to the citizens thereof.
