Resolution Number 72-4-10-5262 RESOLUTION NO. 72-4-10-5 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO PERMITTING PLACEMENT OF UNITED STATES MAIL COLLECTION BOXES ON SIDE- WALK ON WESTERLY SIDE OF CAMINO CAPISTRANO WHEREAS, collection boxes for United States mail were located on the sidewalk on the easterly side of Camino Capistrano, adjacent to the Post Office building; and WHEREAS, the Post Office Department desires to move said boxes to the opposite side of Camino Capistrano to relieve the traffic congestion near the San Juan Capistrano Post Office. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that permission is hereby granted to the Post Office Department to place two mail collection boxes on the westerly side of Camino Capistrano opposite their facility. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works be and is hereby authorized and directed to designate an appropriate curb area adjacent to said collection boxes as areas of limited parking. PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 10th day of April, 1972, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano by the following vote, to wit: AYES: COUNCILMEN: CHERMAK, BATHGATE, GAMMELL, THORPE and FORSTER NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: NONE Thomas A.
