Resolution Number 72-3-27-2RESOLUTION NO. 72-3-27-2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO WATVTNG COLLECTTON OF DRAINAGE FEES FOR PARCEL 3 (DOL 72-101) UNTIL SUCH TIME AS SAID PARCEL IS DEVELOPED OR A BUILDING PERMIT IS ISSUED. (ZAENGLEIN) WR wg':REec as one of tr.e c?-.ditions of approval of the Parcel Map for DOL 72-101 the Planning Commission of the City of San Juan Capistrano required landowner to pay drainage assessment fees in accordance with the schedule established in the Master Plan of Drainage; and WHEREAS, Parcel 3 of the aforesaid Parcel Map is not presently ready for development, and the landowner has requested this City Council to waive payment of drainage fees for said Parcel 3 until such time as the said property is developed or a building permit is issued. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that as to Parcel 3 of Parcel Map DOL 72-101 the requirement for the payment of drainage fees be and is hereby waived until such time as said property is developed or a building permit issued, whichever of said events shall first occur.
