RESOLUTION NO. 76-4-15-3
APPOINTMENTS TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
MEMBERS OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 292 requires that members of
each City Board and Commission shall be appointed by Resolution
of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following
persons be and are hereby appointed as the duly authorized
membersof the Parks and Recreation Commission of the City of
San Juan Capistrano with all of the attendant duties, responsi-
bilities, functions, powers, and privileges customarily exercised
by such members:
(1) Marvin Broder
(2) Jill Clark
(3) Brett Shears
(4) Bob Youngren
(5) Barbara Jean Neal
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to forward a copy of this
Resolution to the Secretary of the Parks and Recreation Commis-
sion.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April,
1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Friess, Heckscher, McDowell,
Sweeney and Mayor Nash
