Resolution Number 76-3-3-3RESOLUTION NO. 76-3-3-3 COMMENDING HARRY C. SCHREY A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, COMMENDING PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSIONER HARRY C. SCHREY WHEREAS, Harry C. Schrey was appointed to the Parks and Recreation Commission on May 6, 1974; and, WHEREAS, Harry C. Schrey was instrumental in the initiation of the Serra Park development and the conceptual plan for E1 Camino Real Park; and, WHEREAS, Harry C. Schrey has unselfishly devoted his time and efforts to the community and has diligently and conscientiously promoted the goals of the City during his tenure on the Commission; and, WHEREAS, Harry C. Schrey has submitted his resignation as a member of the Parks and Recreation Commission effective September 10, 1975. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the members of the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano do hereby express their appreciation and gratitude for his participation in community affairs and his contributions to the establishment and promotion of recreational goals of the City to Harry C. Schrey.
