INVENTORY OF HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL LANDMARKS
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
AN INVENTORY OF HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL LAND-
MARKS AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 75-10-1-6
WHEREAS, the Cultural Heritage Commission has reviewed
and identified certain sites in the City of San Juan Capistrano
as historically and culturally significant structures and land-
marks; and
WHEREAS, those selected sites are as follows:

WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the
aforesaid list and finds the selection to be appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the inventory of
historical and cultural landmarks be and is accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the inventory of historical
sites approved by Resolution No. 75-10-1-6 is hereby rescinded
for purposes of clarification.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Environmental Management
Agency which is that agency designated to administer and enforce
the building and safety codes of the City of San Juan Capistrano,
is directed to comply with the provisions of Section 3.5.7 of
Ordinance No. 293 of the City of San Juan Capistrano with regard
to applications for development, renovation or demolition of any
building or structure located on the Assessor Parcel numbers
listed above.
