Resolution Number 75-9-17-3215 RESOLUTION NO. 75-9-17-3 "NO PARKING" AREAS A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISH- ING "NO PARKING" AREAS AS SET FORTH ON THOSE STREETS OR PARTS OF STREETS HEREON DESCRIBED AND RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS NOS_ 68-12-23-3, 69-3-24-21 70-7-27-5, 73-1-22-10, 73-7-23-1, 73-7-23-29 73-11-12-4, AND 75-6-25-5 WHEREAS, the City Traffic Engineer has recommended that certain areas, hereinafter described, be designated as "No Parking" areas; and WHEREAS, this Council has determined that the public health, safety, and welfare will be promoted by designating the hereinafter described areas as "No Parking" areas; and WHEREAS, it is established by Ordinance that the City Council may, by Resolution, designate certain streets or portions of streets as "No Parking" areas. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following streets, or portions thereof, shall be designated as "No Parking" areas: Avenida Aeropuerto Southside, from fifty (50) feet west of the center line of Calle Aviador to the Santa Fe Railway right- of-way. Northside, from fifty (50) feet west of the center line of Calle Perfecto to the Santa Fe Railway right- of-way. Camino Capistrano Westside, from Del Obispo to four hundred sixty (460) feet northerly, and from Ortega Highway to one thou- sand (1000) feet northerly. Eastside, from one thousand (1000) feet north of Ortega Highway to Oso Road. Del Obispo Street Both sides from Ortega Highway to Camino Capistrano. Ortega Highway Southside, from Interstate 5 to two hundred fifty (250) feet west of the center line of Del Obispo Street. Northside, from Interstate 5 to Del Obispo Street. Calle Perfecto Both sides from Avenida Aeropuerto to the northerly end. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Traffic Engineer is hereby directed to appropriately paint curbs or place signs to provide notice of the aforesaid "No Parking" areas. -1- BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon the adoption of the Traffic Ordinance.
