NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the aforesaid Inventory
of Historical and Cultural Landmarks be and is accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Inventory of Historical Sites
approved by Resolution No. 7-11-5-4 is hereby rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Environmental Management
Agency which is that agency designated to administer and enforce
the building and safety codes of the City of San Juan Capistrano, is
directed to comply with the provisions of Section 3.5.7 of
Ordinance No. 293 of the City of San Juan Capistrano with regard to
applications for development, renovation or demolition of any
building or structure located on the Assessor Parcel numbers listed
above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the application of the provisions
of this Resolution to the Hot Springs Dance Hall, Item No. 23 herein,
is held in abeyance pending its transfer to the City of San Juan
Capistrano.
