Resolution Number 77-2-2-2RESOLUTION NO. 77-2-2-2 r RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION SCHEDULE A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION SCHEDULE FOR THE YEARS 19771 19782 1979, 1980 IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS 5 AND 6 OF ORDINANCE NO. 314 WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 314 on December 15, 1976, establishing a residential growth manage- ment system for the City of San Juan Capistrano; and WHEREAS, Section 5 of Ordinance No. 314 requires that a Residential Allocation Schedule (RAS) be adopted each February for the succeeding three years; and WHEREAS, in addition, the initial RAS must include the 1977 calendar year; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines as follows: 1. The draft RAS recommended by the Planning Commission and set forth in Exhibit I provides for unit allocations within the Numerical Limits previously set by Council resolution. 2. The draft RAS provides for reasonable build -out schedules for all projects eligible for allocation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Residential Allocation Schedule set forth in Exhibit I is hereby adopted for the years 1977, 1978, 1979, and 1980 in accordance with require- ments of Ordinance No. 314.
