Resolution Number 77-1-5-231 RESOLUTION NO. 77-1-5-2 RESIDENTIAL PROJECT RATING SCALE A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A PROJECT RATING SCALE FOR EVALUATION OF RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS SUBJECT TO THE CITY'S GROWTH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WHEREAS, the City Council, on December 15, 1976, adopted Ordinance No. 314, instituting a residential growth management system in the City; and, WHEREAS, Section 5 of Ordinance No. 314 requires that the City Council passa Resolution adopting a Project Rating Scale (PRS) for evaluation of residential projects affected by the Ordinance; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the criteria and point distribution in the draft PRS, set forth herein as Exhibit 1; and, WHEREAS, the Council finds that the proposed criteria and point distribution are consistent with the purpose and intent of Ordinance No. 314 and the goals and policies of the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby adopts Exhibit 1 as the Project Rating Scale required by Subsection 5B of Ordinance No. 314.
