INVENTORY OF HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL LANDMARKS
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Environmental Manage-
ment Agency which is that agency designated to administer and
enforce the building and safety codes of the City of San Juan
Capistrano is directed to comply with the provisions of Section
3.5.7 of Ordinance No. 293 of the City of San Juan Capistrano
with regard to applications for development, renovation or demo-
lition of any building or structure located on the Assessor
Parcel numbers listed below.

WHEREAS, the Cultural Heritage Commission has desig-
nated
the following sites in the City of San
Juan Capistrano
as
historically and culturally significant
structures and
landmarks:

WHEREAS, the following streets were
included in the
Inventory
of Historically Significant Sites
by Resolution No.
76-1-21-3,
and the City Council has determined
that said streets
should be listed herein for administrative
purposes:
1.
Los Rios Street from Del Obispo Street
to Mission Street;
2.
E1 Camino Real from La Zanja to Forster
Street;
3.
Camino Capistrano south of the Mission
to El Adobe;
4.
Spring Street.
WHEREAS, the City Council has received
and reviewed
the
aforesaid list and finds the selection
to be appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
the aforesaid
Inventory of Historical and Cultural Landmarks
be and is
accepted
and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution
No. 76-1-23-3,
Resolution
No. 76-9-15-4, and Resolution No.
76-10-20-4, are
hereby
rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Environmental Manage-

Capistrano is directed to comply with the provisions of Section

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the application of the 3
provisions of this Resolution to the Hot Springs Dance Hall,
Item No. 23, herein, is held in abeyance pending its transfer
to the City of San Juan Capistrano.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of
December , 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
