Resolution Number 79-10-17-6RESOLUTION NO. 79-10-17-6 REVISED COMPENSATION PLAN A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, REVISING THE CITY'S COMPENSATION PLAN WHEREAS, Section 2, Rule VI of the City's Personnel Rules provides that the City's Compensation Plan may be amended from time to time by Resolution of the City Council; and, WHEREAS, the City's Municipal Employees Relations Officer has met and conferred with representatives of City employee groups; and, WHEREAS, as a result of said consultations, Memoranda of Understandings concerning salary matters have been approved by the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does hereby adopt the Compensation Plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A." PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October , 1979 , by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Hausdorfer, Schwartze, Thorpe, Buchheim and Mayor Friess NOES: None ABSENT: None ATTEST: KENNETH E.
