Resolution Number 79-10-172by RESOLUTION NO. 79-10-17-2 RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION SCHEDULE A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A REVISED RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION SCHEDULE FOR THE YEARS 1979, 1980, 1981, AND 1982 IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS 5 AND 6 OF ORDINANCE NO. 314 WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 314 on December 13, 1976, establishing a residential growth management system for the City of San Juan Capistrano; and, WHEREAS, Section 5 of Ordinance No. 314 requires that a Residential Allocation Schedule be adopted each February for that calendar year plus the succeeding three years; and, WHEREAS, a Residential Allocation Schedule was adopted by City Council Resolution No. 79-2-21-6; and, WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that per Section 5, paragraph b, that an adjustment to the Residential Allocation Schedule is necessary to serve the purpose of Ordinance No. 314, Section I. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a revised Residential Allocation Schedule set forth in Exhibit "A" is hereby adopted for the years 1979, 1980, 1981, and 1982 in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 314.
