AMENDING CITY'S CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY PLANS
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 72-1-19-1, THE CITY'S CLASSIFICATION
AND SALARY PLANS
WHEREAS, Section 2 of Rule V and Section 2 of Rule VI
of Resolution No. 72-3-27-3, the City's Personnel Rules and
Regulations, provide that Resolution No. 72-1-19-1, the City's
Classification and Salary Plans, may be amended by resolution of
the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Juan
Capistrano has adopted a five-year fiscal budget and program in
which amendments to the City's Classification and Salary Plans
are provided herein; and,
WHEREAS, a notice of a public hearing declaring the
intent of the City Council to amend the City's Classification
and Salary Plans was duly prepared and posted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
of the City of San Juan Capistrano does hereby make and adopt
the following amendments to Resolution No. 72-1-19-1, the City's
Classification and Salary Plans:
SECTION 1. Deletion of Position Classifications.
The following position classifications are hereby
deleted from the City's Classification and Salary Plans:
