RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION SCHEDULE -
1982-1985
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING
A RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION SCHEDULE FOR THE
YEARS 1982, 1983, 1984, AND 1985 IN ACCORDANCE
WITH CHAPTER 9-7 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the Municipal Code
by Ordinance No. 398 on February 20, 1980, including in part
a residential growth management system for the City; and,
WHEREAS, Section 9-7.09 of the Municipal Code requires
that a Residential Allocation Schedule be adopted each February
for that calendar year plus the succeeding three years; and,
follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines as
1. The draft Residential Allocation Schedule set
forth in Exhibit "A" provides for unit allocations
within the Numerical Limits previously set by
Council resolution.
2. The draft Residential Allocation Schedule provides
for reasonable build -out schedules for all projects
eligible for allocation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Residential
Allocation Schedule set forth in Exhibit "A" is hereby adopted
for the years 1982, 1983, 1984, and 1985 in accordance with
the requirements of the Municipal Code.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of
February 1 1982 , by the following vote, to wit:
