DEVELOPMENT FEES AND SURETY SCHEDULES
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING
DEVELOPMENT FEES AND SURETY SCHEDULES FOR THE
PROCESSING OF DEVELOPMENT PLANS, DIVISIONS OF
LAND, ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS, AND CONSTRUCTION
INSPECTION AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.
80-7-16-6
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the Land Use
Management Code permitting the establishment, change, amendment
or deletion of Development Fees and Surety Schedules by
Resolution; and,
WHEREAS, it has been established that the Development
Fees and Surety Schedules listed below provide for substantially
full cost recovery for these fee -financed services in compliance
with Article XIIIB, Section 8(c) (Proposition 4) of the
California Constitution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Development
Fees and Surety Schedules for the processing of development
plans, processing of documents and maps for land divisions,
administrative matters, and construction inspection are as
follows:

5 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall be
effective immediately and that upon said effective date City
Council Resolution No. 80-7-16-6 is hereby rescinded.
