Resolution Number 86-6-24-1RESOLUTION NO. 86-6-24-1 193 AMENDING PERSONNEL CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NOS. 82-9-21-4 AND 84-12-4-10, THE CITY'S PERSONNEL CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano is authorized and directed under the City's Personnel Rules and Regulations to adopt and amend a Personnel Classification and Compensation Plan in order to administer the City's Personnel Management System; and, WHEREAS, Memoranda of Understanding executed between the City and representatives of City employees acknowledge that, after meeting and conferring in good faith, a mutual understanding and agreement has been reached as to amendments tc the City's Compensation Plan as set forth herein; and, WHEREAS, the City's Personnel Rules and Regulations provide that adoption or amendment of the City's Personnel Classification and Compensation Plan shall be made by Resolution of the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does hereby amend Attachment A of Resolution No. 82-9-21-4 in accordance with Exhibit "A" and Attachment E of Resolution No. 84-12-4-10, and adopts the Basic Compensation Schedules attached hereto by reference as Exhibit IIB. 11 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June , 1986 '�� �-, �Z� - KENNETH E.
