Resolution Number 87-4-21-9313 RESOLUTION NO. 87-4-21-9 RATIFYING APPROVAL OF 1987 LEGISLATIVE PROGRAM - TRANSPORTATION CORRIDORS A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, RATIFYING APPROVAL OF 1987 LEGISLATIVE PROGRAM FOR TRANSPORTATION CORRIDORS JOINT POWERS AGENCY WHEREAS, the City of San Juan Capistrano is a full voting member of the Foothill and Eastern/San Joaquin Hills Transportation Joint Powers; and, WHEREAS, on March 12, 1987, at a regular meeting of the Board of such Agency, the duly selected representative of this City, together with all other city and County representatives on such Board, unanimously approved the 1987 Legislative Program of such Agency described on the attached Memorandum dated March 4, 1987, as supplemented by the undated Memoranda entitled "Definition of Administrative Expenses" and "Stand-by User Fee Authority" made a part hereof and incorporated by reference.. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano, does hereby ratify and reaffirm the the action of the duly selected representative of this City in voting to approve the 1987 Legislative Program of the Foothill and Eastern/San Joaquin Hills Transportation Joint Powers Agency, as part of a unanimous action of the Board of such Agency at a regular meeting thereof held on March 12, 1987.
