GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND TAX RATE -
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING AND
IMPOSING AN AD VALOREM GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND TAX
RATE FOR THE 1987-88 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, the City has heretofore issued General Obligation Bonds in the sum
of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,200,000.00); and,
WHEREAS, revenue is required to be raised by property taxation to pay the
principal and interest and administrative charges payable on such General Obligation
Bonds due in fiscal year 1987-88; and,
WHEREAS, the tax rate levied herein to raise the sums of money necessary for
bond redemption and interest and administrative charges due in the fiscal year 1987-88 is
0.00625% of the full value of secured property pursuant to Section 93 of the California
Revenue and Taxation Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the General Obligation Bond tax
rate for the City of San Juan Capistrano for fiscal year 1987-88 be and is hereby
established as follows:
General Obligation Bond Redemption
0.00625% of the full value of secured property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall be and is hereby
authorized and directed to publish this Resolution in a local newspaper within fifteen (15)
days after adoption hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall be and is hereby
authorized and directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to the County Auditor -
Controller of the County of Orange.
