JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
FOR VEHICULAR INGRESS AND EGRESS, PARCEL 26, PARCEL
MAP 79-856 (CALLE ARROYO PARTNERS)

BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano,
hereby accepts the Easement Deed from Calle Arroyo Partners, a Limited Partnership,
providing for an easement for vehicular ingress and egress onto Calle Arroyo, San Juan
Capistrano, California, more particularly described in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.

of June 1988.

follows:
Situated in the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of
California and being a portion of Parcel 26 of Parcel Nap No. 79-856,
recorded in Book 176, Pages 1 through 8, inclusive, of Parcel Maps, records
of said County, and described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of said Parcel 26; said point being
the True Point of Beginning; said point being on the Westerly right of way
line of Calle Arroyo; said point also being on a curve concave Westerly
and having a radius of 1458.00 feet, a radial to said point bears North
39037151" west; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said Parcel
26, North 43050'48" West 34.12 feet; thence leaving the Southerly line of
said Parcel 26, North 46009112" East 45.00 feet; thence South 48022'47"
East 36.98 feet to a point on the Westerly right of way line of Calle
Arroyo; said point also being on a curve concave Westerly and having a
radius of 1458.00 feet, a radial line to said point bears South 41031'02"
East; thence Southerly along said curve through a central angle of 1053'
11" to the True Point of Beginning.
