A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, INITIATING PROCEEDINGS TO
VACATE EQUESTRIAN EASEMENT - TRACT 9382, LOT 64
(MAURER/CORAL PROPERTIES)
WHEREAS, the City of San Juan Capistrano has an equestrian easement for
equestrian and hiking purposes as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by
reference; and,
WHEREAS, the subject equestrian easement is located on real property owned
by Coral Properties (Assessor's Parcel No. 650-190-02); and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to consider the vacation of the above
described equestrian easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San
Juan Capistrano as follows:
SECTION 1.
The City Council hereby declares its intention to vacate the equestrian
easement described in Exhibit A.
SECTION 2_
The vacation proceedings initiated by this resolution are to be conducted under
Streets $ HighwaysCode Sections 8320 et. seq.
SECTION 3.
This equestrian easement is generally located on the site plan attached as
Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 4.
The City Council hereby sets a hearing date on these vacation proceedings for
November 21, 1989, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chamber at City Hall, 32400 Paseo
Adelanto, San Juan Capistrano.
