RESOLUTION NO. 89-3-7-4
RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION SCHEDULE - 1989, 1990, 1991, AND 1992
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A RESIDENTIAL
ALLOCATION SCHEDULE FOR THE YEARS 1989, 1990, 1991, AND
1992 IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS 9.7.09 AND 9.7.10 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the Municipal Code by Ordinance No. 398
on February 20, 1980, which included a residential growth management system for the
City of San Juan Capistrano; and,
WHEREAS, Section 9-7.09 of the Municipal Code requires that a Residential
Allocation Schedule be adopted each February for that calendar year plus the succeeding
three years; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines as follows:
1. The draft Residential Allocation Schedule recommended by the Planning
Commission and set forth in Exhibit "A" provides for unit allocations
within the Numerical Limits previously set by Council resolution.
2. The draft Residential Allocation Schedule provides for reasonable build-
out schedules for all projects eligible for allocation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
San Juan Capistrano, hereby adopts the Residential Allocation Schedule set forth in
Exhibit "A" for the years 1989, 1990, 1991, and 1992 in accordance with the requirements
of the Municipal Code.
