RESOLUTION NO. 90-4-17-6
AMENDMENT TO RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION SCHEDULE (BARKLEY)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE RESIDENTIAL
ALLOCATION SCHEDULE RESOLUTION NO. 90-2-20-1, TO
ALLOCATE BUILDING PERMITS FOR THE BARKLEY/MARBELLA
TERRACE PROJECT (VESTING TENTATIVE TRACT 13846)
WHEREAS, the applicant, L. P. Barkley and Associates, 66 Fairlake, Irvine,
California, has submitted a combined residential concept plan and Vesting Tentative
Tract Map 13846, proposing to subdivide the preceding -identified property into hillside
estate lots; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the project will have a
significant effect on the environment, has accordingly required preparation of an
environmental impact report, has certified said report as final and complete, and has
otherwise carried out all requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the aforesaid combined residential
concept plan and vesting tentative tract map; and,
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested that building permits for all 15 lots
within the project be allocated in calendar year 1990; and,
WHEREAS, unused building permit allocations are available in the previously -
adopted Residential Allocation Schedule for calendar year 1990; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the recommended Project Rating Scale
score of 49 is appropriate and correct for the project; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed amendment to the
Residential Allocation Schedule is consistent with the requirements of the City's
residential Growth Management system as set forth in Chapter 7 of Title 9 of the
Municipal Code, in that the assignment of the unused allocations will not permit growth
in excess of the 400 -unit Numerical Limit set for the 1990 calendar year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San
Juan Capistrano that a Project Rating Scale score of 49 is hereby assigned to the project.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council, in accordance with
Subsection 9-7.09 of the Municipal Code, does hereby amend Resolution No. 90-2-20-1,
the previously -adopted Residential Allocation Schedule to add 15 building permits for
Vesting Tentative Tract Map 13846, as shown on Exhibit R3, attached hereto.
