Resolution Number 90-2-6-3 059 RESOLUTION NO. 90-2-6-3 AMENDING THE CITY'S PERSONNEL CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE CITY'S PERSONNEL CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano is authorized and directed under the City's Personnel Rules and Regulations to adopt and amend a Personnel Classification and Compensation Plan in order to administer the City's Personnel Management System; and, WHEREAS, revisions to the Classification and Compensation Study have been completed which make changes to the existing Classification and Compensation Plan; and, WHEREAS, the City's Personnel Rules and Regulations provide that adoption of amendments of the City's Personnel Classification and Compensation Plan shall be made by resolution of the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano, does HEREBY AMEND the City's Personnel Classification and Compensation Plan as set forth in Exhibits A, B, and C.
