INTENT TO VACATE SHAMROCK LANE GLENARIFF LANE
AND CONNEMARA DRIVE FROM AVENIDA PESCADOR TO GLENARIFF LANE)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENT TO
VACATE SHAMROCK LANE, GLENARIFF LANE, AND
CONNEMARA DRIVE (FROM AVENIDA PESCADOR TO
GLENARIFF LANE) WITHIN A PORTION OF TRACT NO. 9784 AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 90-7-17-11
WHEREAS, the City of San Juan Capistrano finds and determines that
Shamrock Lane, Glenariff Lane, and Connemara Drive (from Avenida Pescador to
Glenariff Lane) can be property vacated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San
Juan Capistrano as follows:
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does hereby declare
its intention to vacate and close to public use Shamrock Lane, Glenariff
Lane, and Connemara Drive (from Avenida Pescador to Glenariff Lane),
more particularly shown on the map on file in the City Clerk's
Department, a copy of which is attached hereto, excepting therefrom a
perpetual non-exclusive easement and right-of-way for utility facilities
and services including specifically, but not by way of limitation, the right
to lay, construct, reconstruct, remove and replace, renew, inspect,
maintain, repair, improve, relocate and otherwise use said utilities
together with incidental appurtenances, connections and structures and
other necessary easements for ingress and egress and public utility
purposes, and elects by this Resolution to proceed under the provisions of
the Streets and Highways Code, Division 9, Part 3, Section 8320, et seq.
2. A hearing shall be held on the 21st day of August, 1990, at the hour of
7:00 p.m., in the Chamber of the city of San Juan Capistrano, located at
32400 Paseo Adelanto, at which time all persons interested in or
objecting to these proceedings shall be heard.
3. This Resolution shall be posted in the duly designated posting places
within the City of San Juan Capistrano not less than fifteen (15) days
prior to the aforesaid hearing date and published for at least two
successive weeks prior to the hearing.

4. At least three (3) of said notices of street vacation shall be placed not
more than 300 feet apart and posted conspicuously along the line of the
aforesaid streets proposed to be vacated at least fifteen (15) days from
adoption of said resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 90-7-17-11 is hereby
rescinded.
