AMENDING FISCAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-1991
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE AUTHORIZED
EXPENDITURES AND APPROPRIATIONS RELATED THERETO
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano held public
hearings to consider an amendment to the Fiscal Program and Budget beginning July 1,
1990, and ending June 30, 1991; and,
WHEREAS, the amended Fiscal Program and Budget is the basis for the study
of an economic implementation of the City's General Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the amended Fiscal Program and Budget provides for service levels
necessary to respond to the needs of the community and which are deemed appropriate
by the City Council, and concurrently provides a work force to fill these service needs;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council intends to use the amended Fiscal Program and
Budget as a guide for determining City priorities; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes that the amended Fiscal Program and
Budget will require adjustments from time to time, and accordingly, the City Manager is
authorized to execute necessary transfers to carry out the scope of service as approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
San Juan Capistrano does hereby amend the Fiscal Program and Budget as detailed in the
Budget Document entitled "San Juan Capistrano City Budget - 1991-95" as summarized
be low:
