Resolution Number 92-1-21-4271 RESOLUTION NO. 92-1-21-4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING FROM MARBELLA PLAZA PARTNERS A STORM DRAIN EASEMENT WITHIN ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL 89-8 OVER LOT 216, TRACT 12954 (31101 RANCHO VIEJO ROAD, ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 650-592-03), AND QUITCLAIMING TO MARBELLA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB AN EXISTING STORM DRAIN EASEMENT WITHIN LOTS Z (ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 650-591-13) AND 218 OF TRACT 12954 (ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 650-591-12) WHEREAS, during construction of the Marbella Golf and Country Club, Tract 12954, the developer wished to modify the approved storm drain line "J" by rerouting it from Lots Z and 218 to Lot 216; and, WHEREAS, the modification was approved by the City and constructed by the Developer. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano as follows: SECTION 1. That the storm drain easement recorded in Book 597, Pages 1 through 34, shown on Attachment "A", is hereby quitclaimed. SECTION 2. That the revised easement, shown on Attachment "B", is hereby accepted. SECTION 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the quitclaim SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall forward both documents to the County Recorder of The County of Orange for recording. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 21st day Of January , 1992.
