Resolution Number 93-5-4-1813 RESOLUTION NO. 93-5-4-1 ' AUTHORIZING PLACEMENT OF BANNERS - BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF CAPISTRANO VALLEY A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE PLACEMENT OF BANNERS WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF- WAY FOR THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF CAPISTRANO VALLEY SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 9-3.603(f)(15) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE WHEREAS, the Boys and Girls Club of Capistrano Valley has requested permission to place banners within the public right-of-way for their community events; and, WHEREAS, Section 9-3.603(f)(15) of the City's Municipal Code permits the placement of banners within the public right-of-way for specifically -designated community- wide events, subject to approval of their design, color, and location by the Director of Planning; and, WHEREAS, Section 9-3.603(f)(15) of the City's Municipal code requires City Council authorization, by resolution, to place banners within the public right-of-way for any ' non -designated community -wide events. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does hereby authorize the placement of banners within the public right-of-way for the Boys and Girls Club of Capistrano Valley, subject to the provisions of Section 9-3.603(f)(15) of the City's Municipal Code. The specific dates for said events are to be approved by the Director of Planning.
