Resolution Number 93-2-2-5RESOLUTION NO. 93-2-2-5 1"3, 1994, 1995 AND 19% RESIDENTIAL GROWTH MANAGEMENT A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATIONS FOR THE CALENDAR YEARS 1993, 1994, 1995 AND 1996 (RESIDENTIAL GROWTH MANAGEMENT) WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 9-7.09(e)(iv) of the Municipal Code, the City Council shall each year adopt a Residential Allocation Schedule covering that year and the succeeding three years for eligible residential projects; and, WHEREAS, eligible residential projects have been reviewed by the Environmental Review Board during the development review process in compliance with Ordinance No. 314, Residential Growth Management, and the California Environmental Quality Act. Additionally, the City's Environmental Review Board has determined that the Environmental Impact Report prepared for the City's General Plan plus the Supplemental Environmental Study prepared for the Growth Management System addresses the environmental impacts of the Residential Allocation Schedule; and, WHEREAS, the City has received requests from eligible projects for permit allocations for the years 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, in accordance with Section 9-7.09(e)(2), has conducted a duly -noticed public hearing and has submitted a recommendation to approve the proposed Residential Allocation Schedule. ' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does hereby approve the allocation of residential building permits for calendar years 1993, 1994, 1996 and 1996 as depicted on Exhibit "A", attached, based upon the following findings: 1. Each project upon which allocations are requested has been processed in accordance with the Municipal Code and has been determined to be consistent with applicable provisions of the City's General Plan. 2. The distribution of allocations are consistent and will not exceed numerical limits for each calendar year as previously adopted by the City Council.
