A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR SEWER
PURPOSES LOCATED ON THE SAN JUAN HILLS COUNTRY CLUB (SAN
JUAN GOLF, INC.)
WHEREAS, a sewer be was constructed across the development known as the San
Juan Hills Country Club in conjunction with the development of Tract No. 5514; and,
WHEREAS, San Juan Golf, Inc., owner of San Juan Hills Country Club, is granting
to the City of San Juan Capistrano the necessary easement for ingress and egress for construction,
maintenance and operation of the sewer line.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San
Juan Capistrano does hereby accept said easement and direct the City Clerk to forward said Easement
Deed to the Orange County Recorder for recordation.
