A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A "TEMPORARY NO PARKING - TOW -AWAY ZONE" TO
FACILITATE THE RELOCATION OF THE LOVE HOUSE TO 31661 LOS RIOS STREET
WHEREAS, the applicant, the City of San Juan Capistrano, has requested approval of a
temporary "No Parking - Tow -Away Zone" between the hours of 7:00 a.m., and 12:00 noon on February 14,
1995, on both sides of Los Rios Street in the Capistrano Villas, on both sides of El Camino Real between Yorba
Street and Ortega Highway, and on Ortega Highway between EI Camino Real and Camino Capistrano in order
to facilitate the relocation of the Love House from 31785 El Camino Real to 31661 Los Rios Street; and,
WHEREAS, "Temporary No Parking - Tow -Away Zones" must be authorized by the City
Council, according to the San Juan Capistrano Municipal Code, Title 4, Section 4-6.309; and,
follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano fords and determines as
I. The proposed "Temporary No Parking - Tow -Away Zones" are necessary for the
relocation of the Love House to 31661 Los Rios Street.
2. The "Temporary No Parking - Tow Away Zones" will be implemented at a time that
is likely to cause the least inconvenience to residents of the City and will benefit the City as a whole by
assisting in the rehabilitation and saving of one of the City's historic resources.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San Juan
Capistrano does hereby approve a "Temporary No Parking - Tow -Away Zone" between the hours of 7:00 a.m.,
and 12:00 noon on February 14, 1995, on both sides of Los Rios Street in the Capistrano Villas, on both sides
of El Camino Real between Yorba Street and Ortega Highway, and on Ortega Highway between El Camino Real
and Camino Capistrano, in order to facilitate the relocation of the Love House from 31785 El Camino Real to
31661 Los Rios Street.
