Resolution Number 97-5-6-2301 RESOLUTION NO. 97-5-6-2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A SOUTHBOUND STOP SIGN AT GUADALUPE STREET AND DON JUAN AVENUE WHEREAS, the City Traffic Engineer has recommended installation of a stop sign for vehicles as herein described; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the public health, safety and welfare will be promoted by installation of a stop sign for southbound vehicles; and, WHEREAS, it is established by Ordinance that the City Council may, by Resolution, install stop signs on certain streets or portions of streets. NOW, THEREFORE, BE Fr RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano that a stop sign shall be installed for southbound traffic at Guadalupe Street and Don Juan Avenue.
