ACCEPTING EASEMENTS - DOWNTOWN LIGHTING PROTECT
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING EASEMENTS FOR THE
DOWNTOWN LIGHTING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of San Juan Capistrano wishes to construct a downtown
lighting project on Camino Capistrano from Del Obispo to Acjachema, and on El Camino Real,
Verdugo and Ortega Highway; and,
WHEREAS, said improvement will necessitate a portion of the improvement to be
located in property owned by the following property owners:

WHEREAS, in order to proceed with the above-mentioned improvements, easements
for downtown lighting project purposes need to be granted to and accepted by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San
Juan Capistrano hereby accepts the easements and directs the City Clerk to forward the easement
deeds to the Orange County Recorder for recordation.
