granted architectural approval per the improvement request for the following:
Replacement of the roof of the home, with use of current tiles. No change to roof tile, fascia, eaves or
gutters.
We would like to also remind you to make sure that you have obtained any necessary permits from the City
and/or Building Departments before you begin your improvement project.
