We will be replacing 5 HVAC roof top units, like for like, in the same location, for a Marshalls Commercial
store. We will not be making any changes to the plumbing at this store.
The city of San Juan Capistrano is requesting that we provide them with SMWD Approval – Will Serve
Letter or Encroachment Permit, to pull a building permit for this work.
Per our conversation, can you please let me know if this will be require for our scope of work?
