Good afternoon,
No EP is necessary for this work as long as the work stays inside the footprint of the parcel and does not take place
in the public right of way (PROW). There are no easements, water, or sewer lines where the proposed work is taking
place on the private property. If there are any changes to the scope of work, please let us know.
Thanks!
