This approval is only for the issuance of building permits and is only good for two years from the date of this letter. At this time, no further inspection of the on-site water and sewer facilities is needed by SMWD to enable the County to release the certificate of occupancy. However, The District still reserves the right to inspect the on-site plumbing and backflow prevention when necessary. The use of water softeners is prohibited, except for those recharged at central plants or specifically approved for commercial applications.
