Address 30741 Via Conquista, San Juan Capistrano, is cleared by SMWD to proceed with
construction per the submitted plans. There appears to be no impact to Public Water and Sewer;
however, SMWD will provide final clearance after the pool is constructed and backflow device is
inspected.
PLEASE NOTE: SMWD must be notified 48 hours prior to installation of the backflow device.
Once installed, SMWD will inspect the device. Backflow device must be tested by an approved
backflow tester with a Backflow Assembly Testing Certification from an ANSI accredited
organization. After device inspection and successful device testing, SMWD will provide final
clearance.

Your architectural plans for Pool, Spa, Landscape, Hardscape, Fire Pit, TV Wall & Counter were reviewed by the Archite
ctural Review Committee at their most recent meeting. After review of the plans submitted, the Committee determi
ned to approve your architectural application as submitted.
Please be advised that if your plans have been approved, they are subject to acquiring any required City/County permits
(if applicable), and work must be completed within a six (6) month timeframe as stipulated in your governing
documents. An extension may be granted by the Architectural Review Committee but requires specific approval before
the 6-month deadline. Any changes, alterations, or additions to your submitted plans need to be re-reviewed by the
Architectural Review Committee. Please submit an updated application if you have any changes from the approved
plans.
When completed with your project, please return your Notice of Completion form along with photos of the completed
