Address 30135 Hillside Terrace, San Juan Capistrano is cleared by SMWD to proceed
with construction per the submitted plans. There appears to be no impact to Public
Water and Sewer; however, SMWD will provide final clearance after the pool is
constructed and inspected.
PLEASE NOTE: SMWD must be contacted after the construction of the new pool/spa but
before it is filled with water. SMWD will inspect the water utilities associated with the
pool/spa.
