To minimize the electrical outage, you are advised to schedule a morning disconnect with an afternoon reconnect. There is no charge
for this service. Before you change out your meter consider (1) SDG&E needs notice to schedule a crew and (2) SDG&E will not
reconnect the service without municipal approval on the new panel. Please contact the City of San Juan Capistrano regarding permits
and inspections. City of San Juan Capistrano inspection should be received prior to 2:00 p.m. on the same day as the disconnection
of service to allow the SDG&E crew enough time for reconnection of the service on the same day.

We are pleased to let you know that the architectural application you submitted was approved per the scope of work on your

The Casa Capistrano Home Owners Association that manages association for the residence at 31242 Paseo Olivos (

2.) Replacement of windows, including a swap of the current window above the current atrium. Similar size and general
location.
3.) Replacement of Skylights and added skylights on the flat roof.
4.) Added door from master bathroom to exterior yard. ( Cannot be seen from exterior of home ).
