How are you! I hope you are doing well! We received approved hard copy plans back from your office for B22-1608 – 31864 PASEO ADELANTO #105 for “The Meat Cellar TI” and I was calculating fees and square footages for the applicant and notice that the square footages on the title sheet did not add up. I spoke to the architect and he corrected the title sheet with the correct square footages of the tenant space. Please see attached. If you are okay with these changes I will have the applicant print off the plan sheet to slip sheet and I can stamp the title sheet on your behalf. Please let me know if you have any questions.
