How are you! I hope you are doing well!
We received approved hard copy plans back from your office for B22-1608 – 31864 PASEO
ADELANTO #105 for “The Meat Cellar TI” and I was calculating fees and square footages for the
applicant and notice that the square footages on the title sheet did not add up. I spoke to the architect
and he corrected the title sheet with the correct square footages of the tenant space. Please see
attached. If you are okay with these changes I will have the applicant print off the plan sheet to slip
sheet and I can stamp the title sheet on your behalf.

Dear Building Department:
Subject lo the developer's successful completion of the on-site water and sewer facilities, and subject to the
availability of water from the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, the District can and will
provide water and sewer service to the subject project. This approval is only for the issuance of building
rpermits and is only good for two years f om the date of this letter. At this lime, no fu1ther inspection of the
on-site water and sewer facilities is needed by SMWD lo enable the City to release the certificate of
occupancy. However, The District still reserves the right lo inspect the on-site plumbing and backflow
prevention when necessary. Use of self-regenerative water softeners is discouraged within the District and
application for use at this site has not been approved.
•Connection to Existing 2000 Gal. Grease Interceptor is required
•The following fixtures will discharge to the Grease Interceptor:
• 3 Hand Sink • 2 3-Comp Sink • 2 Prep Sink
• 1 Mop Sink • I Floor Drain • 8 Floor Sink
