Dear Homeowner:
Enclosed is a copy of your approved Architectural Application for Voluntary
foundation repair in accordance with the plans submitted to the Architectural Review
Committee. You will be responsible for repairs to the slope if damaged (plants,
sprinklers, etc...). Please note that the Association’s approval does not constitute
approval by the City. The homeowner is responsible to contact the City Building
Department for any required building permits. Work must be completed within the time
frame as stipulated in your governing documents. A notice of completion must be
submitted once the project is complete. Enclosed is a copy for your convenience.
In the event that you choose to sell your home in the future, these documents
should be disclosed to the new owners. Should you have any questions or wish to
