Dear Homeowner(s):
Your architectural application received on 07/10/23 to install a new French door and folding
door has been approved by the SAN JUAN HILLS ESTATES HOA Architectural Review
Committee. With this approval, we anticipate your commitment to only using the material(s)
and performing the improvement(s) stated in the application. In addition, please verify with
the city if permits are required prior to the commencement of the project. If permits are
required, we anticipate your commitment to obtaining the necessary City permits.
Please remain mindful of the following:
A. House Painting Approvals: When painting the house, the owner must also paint the
roof-top vent pipes, furnace chimneys and attic vents to match the color of the roof.
Chimneys and chimney caps to match the main stucco paint color.
B. Contractors must clean all debris from the Association streets at the end of each
workday.
C. Contractors may begin work at 7:00am; however, the use of power equipment;
lawnmowers, leaf blowers, power sprayer equipment, or any equipment causing noise is
only allowed from 8AM to 5PM on weekdays; and from 9AM to 4PM on Saturdays,
Sundays, and Federal Holidays.
D. Per the Architectural Guidelines of the Community, 5.2. You will have one hundred
and twenty (120) days to complete items shown on the approved plan. Should there
be any changes or special circumstances that arise and keep you from meeting this
policy, please contact management.
Upon completion of the improvement, please submit the Notice of Completion Form
with color photos of the completed improvement(s). Please email all NOC forms and
photos to the Architectural Administrator, Griselda Rosales, at
grosales@powerstonepm.com. The Architectural Guidelines state the following:
“Construction Work Schedule: Upon receipt of approval from the ARC, you will have one
hundred and twenty (120) days to complete those items shown on the approved plan.”
