In accordance with your request, LGC Geotechnical, Inc. is providing a final geotechnical release for Lots
154 through 156, Model Phase of Andalusia for "The Farm" residential development, Tract 19063,
located in the City of San Juan Capistrano, California. LGC Geotechnical field personnel have provided
part-time, on-call observation and field density testing of postgrading operations in order to form an
opinion of site earthwork. In general, postgrading operations observed and/or tested by LGC
Geotechnical included interior plumbing backfill, foundation footing excavations, utility house
connection backfill, and subgrade preparation. Refer to table below for lots and associated addresses.

Based on the results of our observation and testing, it is our opinion that the subject site earthwork
operations were completed in general accordance with project geotechnical recommendations. This
letter serves as a geotechnical release from postgrading operations for the subject lots at The Farm
residential development. In our opinion, the subject building pads are suitable for their intended use
from a geotechnical perspective.

I hereby approve the precise grading for the referenced project in accordance with my responsibilities as
the Engineer of Record. The precise grading has been completed substantially in conformance with the
approved grading plan which includes line and grade for all engineered drainage devices, staking of
property corners for proper building location, location and inclination of all slopes, and the construction
of earthen berms and positive building pad drainage.
