Due to some coordination with tenant and owner requirements, there are a few revisions to the
approved set of plans. Please see below an itemized list of the changes which are clouded.
Red Barn – Delta 4 & 5
A-1.0 Floor Plan: Partition around electrical room to stop at 9’-6” instead of full height, so double
top track required and noted accordingly.
S-2.0 Low Roof Framing Plan: Fan coils units relocated
S-3.2 Details 2, 7 & 8 added for fan coils
E2.1 Lighting Plan: Sign lights on west side of building removed where clouded
E3.1 Power Plan: J-boxes for three signs added
E4.1 Panel Schedule: Revised for added sign power, reduction in lighting
E4.2 Lighting Control Panel Schedule: Revised for removed lighting
M0.0 Air Distribution removed in Red Barn
M1.0 Mechanical Roof Plan: Fresh air intakes removed; to be done in the TI
Mechanical Floor Plan: Fan Coil locations and refrigeration lines moved. Ductwork
removed.
