Hi Paul,
Thanks for meeting with Tony and I yesterday to review the stormwater pump station being proposed on the City yard site as shown on the grading and drainage plan (see image below). Since the pump station and its inlet and outlet
piping are outside the 25-feet wide SMWD easement area located north of the modular wetland facility, an encroachment permit from SMWD for its construction is not required.
