To pay the $275.00 fee by credit card, please fill out the WWD application and when you submit the
application, include the request to pay by credit card. At that time, an account will be set up and an email will
be sent to you with the account number and instruction to submit payment. When payment is made, please
email a copy of the receipt to the engineering counter.

AŌer looking at the GIS maps and consulƟng with an engineer there does not appear to be any easements in the area
indicated in your EP applicaƟon. Therefore, no EP is required. If the parameters of you project change, please let us
know so that we can check again as there is a sewer line just outside the project site footprint.
