INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION FOR THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW
In order to accelerate the permit process, please comply with the following instructions :
1.Please return (3)three sets of corrected plans &construction documents for
recheck.Please include the plan review correction list ,any marked drawings/calculations,
and your written responses to each comment.Re-submittals that do not include the plan
review correction list with responses and complete construction documents will delay the
process.
2.Please return the plans and documents to the City of San Juan Capistrano .
Please note:Application for plan review on this project will expire 180 days from the date of the
initial application unless the application and submittal review time is extended by the Building
Official prior to the expiration, per the San Juan Capistrano Municipal Code.
