The above referenced address is cleared by SMWD to proceed with construction per the
submitted plans. There appears to be no impact to Public Water and Sewer; however, SMWD
will provide final clearance after the pool is constructed and inspected.
PLEASE NOTE: SMWD must be contacted after the construction of the new pool/spa but
before it is filled with water. SMWD will inspect the water utilities associated with the
pool/spa.

Attached for review is the SMWD clearance form and a plan.
Pablo, please note that Tanner allowed anti-siphon devices rather than PVBs. Much time was spent
discussing this methodology. The plan is very busy so I highlighted the location of the anti-siphon
device and fill line in yellow.
